...this isn't a pregnancy/parenting question. After someone posts a question, there are three symbols after it: a thumbs up; a thumbs down; and a "report it". Obviously, I know what they mean and what they're for. What I can't figure out, however, is how to use them. How do you rate an answer??? I click on it, and it does nothing....

You have to be a level 2 to be able to rate answers.

You have to have so many points before you can give a thumbs up or down to someone.

you have to get a certain number of points before you have access to give thumbs up or down.
