We should be so lucky! lol... sadly know but you can def. do many everyday things to speed it up. Your metabolism needs to work to speed up. The second you stop working it, it slows down. Here are some tips:

Do not starve your body. 3 good healthy meals a day with 2 low cal snacks keep your metabolism busy. Starving your body slows your metabolism in the worst way.

Get moving. If your not a fan of the gym, start with 30 minute walks DAILY.

Drink plenty of water!
