I had this problem just one time last night and I tried to download it for a second time and the download worked. I guess you might just need to wait until the download is avaliable online and save it on a USB drive.

Thats part of the playstations problem they claim to have updates but then they dont work try contacting them by phone to see what you could do and could luck on this

the guy above me is right. i had the same problem this morning. one time it got to 60% before it stopped. i just got it to work. keep trying it. eventually it will work. if not, like the above said, use a flash drive and get it from www.us.playstation.com
