I have a urinary tract infection so I stopped drinking caffeine.
This morning I got the shakes and a mild headache.
I poured a half cup of coffee and drank it and I'm fine now.
Does this mean I'm addicted or just crazy?

Yes, I have had the same thing happen to me! If I want to quit drinking caffeine, I wean myself off of it slowly. You don't get the shakes and headache that way.

I hate UTIs. They are awful. Just drink as much water and cranberry juice as possible! It will help the symptoms:-)

It is possible to be addicted to caffeine. You're not crazy.

You should be able to drink cranberry juice and lots of water to help with the infection and lessen the symptoms.
