Proceed with the petition for child support. The court will order a dna test (you didn’t state if the court actually ordered it). If he fails to take the test after the court has ordered it, they will rule him the father by default.
That's if you live in the US. If you live in another country, the laws may be different there.

Let the courts handle it for you. They will make him take a DNA test if he still refuses they may just start making him pay child support anyway cause his not wanting to take the test could be an admission of paternity in itself. Good luck and God bless

Well the original papers that were sent to him with the time and date to show up for the DNA test state right on them that if you do not show up that you will automatically be named as the child's father so if there was any doubt on his part then he just screwed himself!

the way it went 6 years in the past with my x and that i advance into like this: he did no longer sign the beginning certificates however the try proved he advance into the daddy I signed up for toddler help and he had the choice to the two sign papers asserting that confident he advance into the daddy and he would help pay for her or he could sign his rights to her away which meant no touch no visits no no longer something appropriate to her. He signed papers asserting he advance into the daddy and could pay his toddler help like a guy could. It takes 2 to make a toddler and once you're in charge sufficient to help in advent then you definately could step up and help guard that toddler, this is my opinion besides.

At that point, the law should be taking over. Go to talk with someone at a law enforcement agency at once. Ask them how you can get help and get that no good creep to get a DNA test. There has to be a way.
