You can not either work or get married on a tourist visa. Doing either will get you deported.

I'm sure you'll find someone willing to do that for the right price. I hear people doing that a lot lately. But you gotta come up with A LOT of $$$. Then even if you go that route, you still have loads of red tape to go through. Homeland Security is pretty strict on that stuff these days.
Best bet is to do it ligit and apply to a company that would be willing to sponser you.

if you find a employer from your country he can apply for your visa meaning he can sponsor you and mention that you have special expertise in something and apply for the GC.
or he can hire you for sometimes without anyone knowing it,
manay poeple get hired by their homies and can stay here forever.
its best if your homie has a good business or a company that can help you do the paperwork sooner.
if you get married you need change of statues and will finally get your GC.

It's illegal for a tourist in any country to work or find employment. If you persist, then better be careful.
