She might have eaten something with poison. She has thrown up 3 times and just lays there. She's a Chiuahua and she is always hyper. I hate to see her this way. We gave her Pedialyte last night. Is there anything else I can do?

Okay for all those that answered, I dont even have money to take myself to the doctor and I know I should be that resposible if I have a pet but right now I am in a huge financial bind. Oh, and the good news is I went home to check on her and she was up walking around. She was soo glad to see me. I have been praying alot for her so I guess prayer really is the best medicine.

Jeez! When a person swallows poison, they are rushed to the hospital! DO THE SAME THING FOR YOU DOG! TAKE IT TO THE VET! POISON KILLS, and the fact that your dog is so small makes it worse because the poison can only be diluted so much... so, unless you want a DEAD dog i suggest you take your cheap little but away from the computer and get it some medical attention ASAP!!!!!

That sounds noticeably severe. it would desire to be some form of poisoning. yet in spite of the fact that the reason, you may desire to work out a vet perfect away. i would not anticipate a decision back. Take her in to a Vet ER or in to the workplace as an emergency. It sounds like she's dehydrated no less than.

well let me see.... if this was your human child and you think they had ingested poison, would you go on line and ask people who are complete strangers and not even doctors what you should do? or would you take the child to a doctor and see if it is alright?
here are some organizations that help with vet bills

Absolutely....bring her in to the vet. Household chemicals can have deadly effects on dogs and other pets...to not consult your vet about this is extremely irresponsible and dangerous to your dog.
