I need to take paracetamol once a month for personal reasons but I only take one tablet. I am using it for a good cause but will it damage me?

You'll be fine.
All drugs have side-effects. Paracetamol can damage the liver, but you'd need to take a lot more than you currently are....a LOT more.

Acetominophen is realtively benign. You don't state the strength but you should be fine.
The toxic dose of paracetamol is highly variable. In adults, single doses above 10 grams or 150 mg/kg have a reasonable likelihood of causing toxicity. Toxicity can also occur when multiple smaller doses within 24 hours exceeds these levels, or even with chronic ingestion of doses as low as 4 g/day, and death with as little as 6 g/day.

No, it's safe to take up to 8 tablets A DAY. Although I wouldn't recommend it llong term. I don't think your body will notice 1 a month.

Yes you could've died. Good thing you threw some of it up. Why didi you take 15 pills? Well don't do it again, and it's good that you are okay now. That could've been VERY dangerous. Take care.

That should be no problem, my main concern would be that one tablet's not enough to cure the pain.
I always need 2.

No it won't...It's only if you take over the recommended dose..... Crikey I take 8 a day every day and I'm still alive :)
