It would be good if you know this from personal experience as opposed to items advertised as "won't warp" since most of those ads are lies. Thanks.

I'd recommend an restaurant quality aluminum pan....Wilton makes sturdy aluminum baking pans. You can find them at Hobby Lobby.

I have had mine for 25 years, and it still looks great.

Go to a restaurant supply store and look at a 'sheet pan'. You can get a 'half sheet pan' too, half the size. The commercial ones made for restaurants and bakeries are made of a much heavier gage of aluminum and they last forever! The pans they make for home use are crap.

All mine have too, there is a double layered one on the market that suppossibly will not.
