My father used to swear by this: a mild solution of hydrogen peroxide (buy at any chemist) pour a little on toothbrush and give a quick brush and rinse well. It acts like a mild bleach and is very good. Have to be careful though because if it is too strong it can blister gums. Like everything, try a very mild solution to start with once or twice a week and if okay up the number of times until desired effect.

Did you ever take tetracycline? If so these are internal stains from this medication that cannot be removed. You would have to have veneers or something like that.

Your dentist can easily get it off. Some teeth are naturally shaded, other situations can just be poor oral hygene, but in any event, these all can easily be corrected by your dentist.....and often in just one visit.

i brush my teeth with plain baking soda about once a week after i brush them with toothpaste of course
