Spent about 10 bucks to fill up the Piper and cruised all over the state in an afternoon! Back when gas was around $.45/gallon! ;-)=

I flew Ryan Air from London to Killarney for twenty euro roundtrip.
The cheapest in the US was $59 roundtrip on Southwest from Chicago to Detroit.

I used to work for Delta, so I've taken many free flights. The most I had to pay when I worked for them was $3 each way when flying to the Bahamas! :) They made us pay a little tax if we left the country.
The best value Ive ever found for someone (I didnt buy the ticket, just hunted for it) was $106 round trip from Hartford to Denver.

i was on a school trip in scotland and we flew from glasgow to london for like 40 bucks if i remember right. my buddy looked at the wing midflight and saw a stream of oil or fluid coming off the wing into the sky..asked the flight attendant if that was normal and she was like ill alert the pilot...she never came back and we landed 20 mins later...it was like a rundown taxi in the air. craziest 45 min flight ive ever been on.

$8 + tax round trip on Spirit Airlines. From Ft.Lauderdale to Orlando.
they still have great fares, way cheaper than any other "low cost" airline.
