Actually, you definitely are very skinny. You are just slightly underweight for your height. If you want curves, you need to eat a LOT, do butt exercises (like leg lifts), ab exercises (like crunches, and lateral crunches), and chest strengthening exercises (like pushups).

How do you "get" a better body?
Eat right and exercise.
How do you "get" a body like Jessica Simpson?
Why would you want one? She's average in my books...even discounting the fact I'm not fond of blond hair and she's blatantly unintelligent. ;)
Seriously...good genes, the right diet (which is something you live, not something you go on...), and exercise.
If you want her body *NOW* at 13, when you've barely entered puberty, let alone gone through it, that would require a couple hundred hours of massive reconstructive surgery. Best to wait a few years until you are 17 or later, and have twice the sexy body she does.
As for you being "fat"...
13, 5'5" and 110...I'd almost be willing to say you're *underweight!* As for the lack of frontal anatomy...like you said - You're 13. Give it time!

Tone up the muscles:
1. Join a gym and get a trainer.
2. If you’re short on cash, start a light stretching & yoga regimen.

. 5. Take an aerobics class, a yoga class, or some other fitness class.
6. Join the local YMCA..
Mental Health:
1. Get a friend to talk to each day about your feelings.
2. If you have some money or insurance, get a counselor to talk to.
3. Learn how to meditate.
4. Join a support group for the issue you’re dealing with.
5. Ask your Higher Self (or God) for guidance.
6. Start keeping a diary or journal about your feelings & thoughts.

Your 13. Give yourself a break. It took Jessica Simpson years to get that body. You will probably live 75 more years. So you have time to get the body of your choice. Don't worry about your boobs. They will fill in to fit your body. Look me up in 7 years. I bet you'll look great.
