at the moment i change my underwear at least once a week...but my friends tell me they do it everyday?...are they just joking with me, it doesnt seem nesassary to me..

From a social and personal hygiene standpoint, at least once a day. More if you get sweaty, hot, have an "accident"
Did you ever get jock-itch or a rash down there? That should be reason enough.
Oh, and be sure to change into CLEAN underwear.

Well... 'funkybum'.... once a week is fine if you're trying to grow a science experiment or a new bacterium in your underwear.
Just think: if you're ever to go into the hospital and the Dr. asks you for a stool, urine and blood sample, all you'd have to do is hand over your underwear!

omg where u raised in a barn ,i am surprise u have friends you r suppose to change your underwear every day heck twice a day if u feel like it. But once a week u got to be joking.

Why?
B/c germs and bacteria gather onto the underpants each day and if u wear the same pair each day u will have lot of lovely bacteria who would gladly give a infection in your insides.
Plus theres the part where u smell really bad too.

Why do you change so often ? Once a month should be more than enough. What are you, some kind of clean freak ? and remember, yellow in front, brown in back.
