I think we came from atoms, because even Adam was made of atoms.

Neither, quite frankly. I would lean toward
choosing "Adam" but only because the word itself means "mankind", not because we all are decended from the man Adam who was created in the flesh by God to keep the Garden of Eden - although Adam and Eve did have many decendants, so did the literal thousands and thousands of other
people who already lived on the Earth BEFORE Adam and Eve.
On the 6th day God created (in the flesh) all the races (ethnos) - then on the 8th day, God created (in the flesh) Adam and formed Eve. The chances that you are decended from Adam and Eve rather than from any one of those thousands of other people, are really quite slim.
My answer: probably neither.

We are made from atoms, but atoms cannot be worshipped. So therefore we came from God, who created atoms.

one doesn't preclude the other. surely adam would have been made of atoms?
however, in my personal opinion i'd prefer to leave adam out of the equation.
