Are you a Excell expert? Can you help me?

Question

I downloaded a stock control program that was not what I wanted, so i deleted.
The problem is that all my spreadsheets are affected so it does not allow me to do any changes. All the buttons on top have desaperared and the right click does not work.
The program is in portuguese and is from MONDIAL INFORMATICA.
Can i reverse the config as it was before i installed this piece of crap?
I already tried to go to last saved point from system back up and tried to set up the excell. The problem is, I am no familiar with excell.
HELP PLEASe!

Uninstall the program you do not want. Just deleting won't work. If you created the spreadsheets in the "deleted" program they won't work no matter what you do because the program is no longer there.

Re install Excell. Your old files, created using Excell should still be intact.
