confidence girls love that, its like the feed off of it. Even not so good looking guys can get chicks if they have a lot of confidence .

Dude, that's like asking what sets one mouse apart from the rest. Every girl/woman has their own feelings and what they think is sexy. I'm 50 and I've gotten more compliments and I've been hearing that I'm sexy from more women than I EVER have. I personally don't see it but hell, go with the flow.

Two bulges??.....that answer is wrong, wrong and in that order!!! I've gotten compliments from Lady's, by being polite, courteous, and kind. But don't limit that to just the ladies. Women notice theses qualities even when your in the company other men. I notice that in women, before I notice her bulges!! (jokingly)
