Hold on to the older cat in your lap. Feed everyone treats. If the older cat gets too grouchy, put her in the bathroom for a minute. Repeat until the hissy fits end.

It might be good to leave the new guys in a separate room while you're away so they can sniff each other, but not harm each other. That will help the whoo whoo factor to gradually wear away, which could take a week or more.

Keep them in a separate room at first, for a week. Then let your cat see them from a distance occasionally, for one more week. Then let him smell their stuff or themselves, but while you hold them. By that time they will be slightly bigger too. So let them meet for a few minutes 3-4 times a day, but be there to save the kittens if things get rough. Your cat will probably not be so happy with the situation, but after a whil he will stop hissing, and he will only want to beat them up a bit. Let them play, even a little rough, but separate them if the kittens seem to be in danger. Keep them separated when you are not there. This will go on until you see that they show no hostility, and that the kittens have a size that they can defend themselves if needed (at least 10 weeks old).
Oh yes, and give a treat to the old cat every time he sees the little ones, for example feed them all together. He will be more interested in the food than in them and I think this will make him get used to them.

The older cat may, also, try to kill the kittens, if the older cat is a male. I would keep them away from each other until the kittens are older.

Raise the kittens until they are about 6 to 8 weeks before a formal introduction. You might keep the kittens in a cloth covered box until they are older.

If the older cat shows interest in them, show one to it. Hold it in a manner that the older cat can't get hold of the kitten.

All may be fine but it is wise to be cautious. It is possible for the kittens to get sick by something the older cat may have that you are not aware of.

It is quite common for a tom cat to kill litters of kittens.

Just use common sense & all will be fine.

No, he is not looking to assault her. Some male cats will kill small kittens to eliminate different male's kittens (now not as traditional with home cats even though). Make certain you've got him neutered and while she is approximately five months historical get her spayed except your going to reproduce natural bred kittens for a dwelling or to support one other breeder. Otherwise your feminine's wellness can be at threat (by way of now not being constant) your feminine might hate your male (for rapeing her whilst she is in warmness) and you're going to uncover out now not as many humans desired kittens as you notion. P.S. If everybody will get a Thumbs Down on the Same Time it may be a signal a few jerk is simply going round Thumbs Downing each and every Answer they are able to uncover for facets or to be a Jerk. Although a few occasions a man or woman will thumbs down each and every reply that is not their possess (and a few occasions the ones humans allow needless solutions move).

I wouldn't do that unless its a female willing to be a foster mom, but its best to just bottle/tube feed them, The 3 yo cat could be carrying worms and viruses that can be transmitted to the kittens, so I would be careful. God Bless

I have always been told to have them in two difference rooms for a few days with a door inbetween them with a small gap under the door so they can get use to each others scent and wait for them to calm down on each side so they both know...they are not going anywhere..and then you slowly add together time each time until they are okay around each other

3 week old kittens need to be hand nursed and kept sperate from other adults. They are obviously too young to "introduce" them to an older animal. Right now you need to keep them safe warm and fed.
