First, You would have to define what you consider as being a "limb". In most monkeys, the tail acts as a fifth limb, and has almost the same, if not more, functionality. star-fishes are five legged. Many plants have odd multiples of limbs (leaves, etc.) too. If you are talking about any animal with an odd number of actual limbs, look at fishes. most have an odd number of fins. Truth of the matter is that for mammals who live on the ground, and all the derivatives from dinosaurs, having an even number of limbs makes more sense because they can be used in parallel and in pairs, making locomotion and grabbing things easier. The extra limb would not be optimally fit to carry out any specific actions. It is imaginable that some animals actually were born with extra limbs, but that gene probably died out because of its uselessness.
Secondly, god(s) create through creating underlying rules for the information process that is "life". they don't necessarily design everything in-situ. you might want to give that some thought.
Thirdly, why would you think that if there were only 5 legged animals, someone, just like you, wouldn't ask the all important question: "Why if the creator is so fecund, aren't there any 4 or 6 legged creatures?" get my point?
In Love and Light.

Evolution in the form of natural selection has decided that an even number of limbs (4) for land based animals is more successful.
Also remember that the original spark of life is the one from which all living things descended, so we are bound to have similarities like two eyes, two nostrils, two ears, one mouth, one head and one reproductive system etc., etc.

Two and four legs seems to work the best in our gravitational field. That's why most have two eyes ,one nose and two ears.In our dimension,it works best.
