every computer consists of millions of transistors...each transistor will follow ohms law to an extent.

Its good to know that Ohms law is just an approximation...since it assumes that the speed of light is infinant rather than 1/root(eo*uo). and Ohms law does not full fill the wave equation...(see Maxwells eqns for H and E)

its got voltage, current, resistance, and its obv not a non ohmic device, so the law will apply to it!!
