are they more devistating and occuring at a more rapid rate then in the past 200 yrs? Do you think we have caused these disasters through ecological neglect or Do you think it is God's wrath?

They are natural occurring disasters that have been happening since the beginning of time. The reason they seem to be more severe and more often is because there is a better system of communication such as with television and newspapers. We are exposed to more media coverage now than ever before.

It's the cycle of life. Weather related disasters may be driven by environmental policies, but earthquakes are caused by the natural shifting of the earth's plates.

My take on that is , that whatever God speaks, will have to come to pass.

All of today's earthquakes and natural disasters are normal events; and they are slowly diminishing here over many millions of years of geologic history. The secular TV news networks try to feed us at least one big "fear-trip" each day and "hype" up the mediocre majority of viewers.
Mankind has not caused "global warming" at all ! This AM today, CNN or CNBC TV news reported that some scientists now think that COW's digestive gases are the main cause of "global warming"; and we should now all stop eating meat ! Ha ha Real scientists and many intelligent humans will tell you that the mild (not serious) global warming is caused by the normal cycles of our sun's solar energy output. Now it is near a maximum high which causes all planets in our solar system to heat up a few little degrees ! Soon it will head back to it's low point then higher, etc in the 67 billion year remaining good functioning of our sun. Look back to about AD1975, when Time and Newsweek magazines had front page "New Ice Age Coming !" or "World freeze Coming !" (I forget the exact words) Maybe in AD2030 or so we will see these new fear trips of the BIG FREEZE again, but I hope that fewer humans will be taken in by this hype and spin. More Science-Philosophy-Religion EDUCATION !! PLEASE !!
GOD IS LOVE ! and He or his Coordinate Deity Sons and Daughters of God have never had, DO NOT HAVE, never will have, "wrath" or any other ungodly or sub-human nature or attributes !
Back in the very dim, very old dark ages on earth, a few uneducated humans in the middle east saw a volcano shooting fire and smoke out strongly -- and they called this natural thing in the "OLD testament" of our Bible:
"Yahweh the savage demon fire-god.of terrible WRATH."
Are any here still at that level of confused human evolutionary religion ? I hope and pray not !
What is needed today is for all sincere Christians, and would-be Christians, to fully know that GOD the Paradise Universal Father is EXACTLY just as loving, kind, merciful, gracious, friendly, helping, sustaining, transforming to us all AS our Good Master/Maker JESUS CHRIST NOW IS ! Since They Are Absolutely ONE in Spirit and in will-union; They can NEVER be different ! God can never be more "stern" or "wrathful" than Jesus ! Who IS perfect LOVE and all other Godly attributes !
The religious belief of a human determines how he or she will react. Those who believe still in a "god of wrath" are busy building and deploying ever bigger "Hell-Fire missiles" of war for "Neo-CON-christian" pre-emptive war uses and beating the "hell out of" their Children, etc. Those Jesusonian Christians here are trying to follow Jesus' Great LOVING Commandment to "LOVE YOUR ENEMIES" and promote real peace and goodwill and Godly understanding in the Family of God here for all humans on earth and beyond.
True Peace will win here when more humans know both God and Man much more fully in ongoing personal God-conscious living experiences ! Train your Children to love our Universal Father God and all Humans as beloved sons of God !
Love your enemies as they ALL will be with you in the higher Heavens until you make friends with them. You will then decide if that seems as heaven or hell for you ... JOY !
Who will be up in Heaven ? Personally discern and believe Jesus here for yourself (John 16:7-16) ...or until then, do believe Jesus' Words in John 12:32 as fully True ! ALL means ALL ... no exceptions ! Men = all Humans, including all Children from sperm-egg union conception on, and all Humans progressing in God's Light here. Each day even a full-blown atheist or very evil sinner has one day less to remain so ! One day closer to seeing and following our True Light of Life ! "Every heart-spirit-soul-mind shall bow to Jesus" Jesus doesn't care if your "knee" is, or knees are, "bended" -- that is spiritually meaningless ! Ha ha
JESUS here in Spirit tells us: "Stand up as the beloved, ascending human son of God that you are now in Me; as I AM.here and always with you"
