Hi,
I have been using it for almost 2 years. I love it. I always feel so good after and during a cleanse.
Not only do I lose inches and pounds, I feel better inside.
It is a simple program to follow, but not always easy as PP said. But it is worth it if you can be dedicated.
Good Luck and I hope you give it a try!
PS
Please feel free to contact me with any questions.

It's worked wonders for me - eliminating 40 pounds and inches. I've gone from a size 16/18 to an 8/10. This in about 4 months. I've been able to keep the weight off and feel and look better than ever. Even all by blood work (I had a physical to make sure) came back at healthier levels.
I've now been using the product for 1.5 years and about 6 months ago started helping others to use it correctly for them.
It's vital to the success of the program that folks work with a coach to help make the program their own. The general 9 day and 30 plan may not work for everyone depending on their own individual situation.
To learn more, without sales pressure send me an e-mail and I'd be happy to arrange an information gathering phone call.
Good Luck~ Myra

Body cleansing programs and diets don't work.
Is the product licensed by the FDA as an approved Dietary Aid? I doubt it.
If you want to "cleanse" your body, change your diet. Cut back on excessive consumption of everything...especially the high cholesterol content foods. Add a *single* glass of red wine at supper, and otherwise keep the alcohol consumption to a minimum.
In short, eat *right*!
Add in a good exercise program, and you're golden.
Shortcuts don't work, or are dangerous!
EDIT:
Fun fact - in the USA, the Law of the Land does not let you state that anything other than a medicine produced by a drug company can cure any disease or affliction. So, publishing a statement that eating citrus fruit can cure scurvy can net you fines and/or jail time!

I am not familiar with the product itself. The propaganda on the web site is interesting. I do know that the using liquid as a delivery system is very expensive and you may get more benefit from other types of nutrition. If you are looking for a healthy weight loss program, check out Shaklee's cinch plan. It has the clincal results that prove safe and effective performance. r4yd@comcast.net

I tried it it was hard, especially when you are on the cleanse days and there are donuts in the office! But really, I did lose about 5 lbs, I gained it back pretty quickly, but I feel much better after doing it, less stomach aches, more regular.... I could not drink the shakes though they were horrible! What I did is only did it for 7 days and instead of drinking the shakes, I drink the cleanse for 2 meals and ate one healthy whole food meal for my 3rd.

Don't waste your money.
Here is how to lose weight.
Burn more calories than you take in.
If you want to eat cakes and fatty foods, etc. then exercise more to burn it off.
Instead of researching some gimmick that will only take your money, help you to lose a bit of water, then gain more later, go outside and walk.
run
dance
hike
jog
skate
ski
yoga
weight lifting
Just get up and move around. Research what foods deliver precious nutrients to your body and help it to function properly. You need to make life changes and you will lose weight and never have to considering dieting again.
You have to change your way of thinking.
