That depends upon whether you are Choking the Chicken or Stroking the Lizard at the same time. The Anti spanking purists will no doubt tell you it is but I suppose it is down to the monkey's personal preferences. In a recent interview with a monkey who asked to remain anonymous, monkey a revealed " I like the odd spanking, it's not harming anyone else, and what goes on behind closed doors is no one else's concern." One anti spanking purist commented "Monkeys are so closely related to humans, it's despicable that they can still be spanked, behind closed doors.
