My recommendation is to find a support group. Losing a parent like this is very hard, and the help of a support group can give you ways to cope.

I work for a neurologist who specializes in memory disorders (i.e. alhzheimers). Is she on any medication to manage it? Is she partaking in any sort of therapy/rehab? There are a lot of options out there to make the quality of life for her (and you) much more managable. Such as cognitive therapy/rehab or IVIG treatments.

I also agree with finding a support group or speaking with her doctor. Perhaps her doctor might have some ideas.

Find an Alzeimer's Support Group. Call your local AARP to help find one. If you are having difficulty coping with her illnes you should find someone else to take care of her. It only gets worse as the disease progresses. At least you are being honest. Good luck.
