Which one is better for adding muscle and developing muscle im 14 and about to be 15

first off, you are pretty young, if you are just starting to lift, you don't need that stuff. I started lifting when I was 14 and I never used it...But I do use whey now and that is all i will use. Whey is a great source of protein. Optimum Nutrition 100% Gold standard Whey is what I use now and I have seen gains. If weight lifting and bodybuilding is something you want to get into. Bodybuilding.com has a teen section that will help with adivce and excercises.

Do not take too much, it is easy to overdue and it is bad for your liver and kidneys. I take two servings a day at most. I take on directly after I work out and then one only in the mornings where I have worked out the night before

Good luck, and stay away from creatine and other supps, there isnt enough long term testing done to test their safety.

The Whey protein. Whey protein contains far more amino acids needed by your body to build muscle. L-glutamine is only one amino acid and it is in whey protein.

Neither lift weights to stimulate muscle growth go to a gym and talk to a personal trainer so you will learn to exercise properly there is no pill to create the body you want you have to work for it...
