That sounds like a fine breakfast but I would be careful eating 2 eggs each morning. While eggs are a great source of protein they are also high in cholesterol. One egg has 13 essential nutrients in varying amounts – including the highest quality protein, choline, folate, iron and zinc – for only 75 calories. Eggs also play a role in weight management, muscle strength, healthy pregnancy, brain function, eye health and more. Yogurt is a quick, low fat, and easy way to put calcium in your body. I would suggest adding oatmeal to the mix of morning eats. Possibly every other day or so since oats are high in fiber and whole grains. I would also suggest at least one serving of fresh fruit - there lies a lot of vitamins. Also, most fruits function as natural laxatives, helping to regulate your body's digestive process. They provide roughage and fiber that is important in helping your body get rid of wastes. Don't forget to drink a lot of water - there are so many benefits from keeping yourself hydrated.

Turnkey?
If you mean a turkey sausage link...depending on the maker, they are (occasionally) almost as greasy as the traditional pork product. However, if you have the good stuff, you should be fine.
Exchange the processed cheese stuff for "real" cheese - it's healthier, and has more calcium and other goodness per gram than the processed stuff.
Add two pieces of whole wheat toast (dry), and exchange the water for milk or fruit juice (the real stuff, not the stuff that has more water than juice in it).
If I were "designing" a breakfast for myself to eat prior to leaving for work, I would have a bowl of cereal (Alpen or Shredded Wheat by choice), half a grapefruit, some toast (lightly buttered with Cinnamon/sugar dusted on it), and a tall glass of milk. Unfortunately, I'm not awake enough early enough to do so, so I make due with a chicken or roast beef sandwich at work. :(
To tone the abs, sit-ups (properly done), and hanging leg curls should help

The best breakfast is one that will last long. Like protiens. I have about 1 cup of ricotta cheese with fresh fruit on it and a littl ehoney (the protien), frnech bread toasted with melted brie (carbs and more calcium) and a few slices of really good Hungarian salami. At mid-morning, I like some fruit, like grapes and a ganola bar. Great energy, low carbs. Also, Zoe's granola is great with yogurt for breakfast, but you still need the protien.

Go for whole grains! Oatmeal with reduced sugar is great and it tastes the same as regular. Kashi cereal is also great. Eggs are no good with all of that cholesterol!! And it is just the yolk that is unhealthy. Go for egg whites. Turkey is a good alternative. And if your going to go for milk, go skim. All of that fat contained in milk fat is horrible. One 8 oz glass contains 25% of your daily value of saturated fat. Yuck.
If you need a jumpstarter in the morning, skip out on coffee, and go for green tea. It's filled with rich antioxidents. And that mozzarella stick...no go. Unless it is low cal low fat, it probably contains more than 100 calories and more fat than you need. Go for a nice light fruit salad or just a piece of fruit. But a great simple salad consists of spinach leaves, blackberries and redberries. Mmm...
Hope this is useful and congratulations on your choice to go healthy!

That's not bad, but you should not have the same thing every day. Your body needs different nutrients. Try oatmeal and whole wheat english muffins with some peanut butter as well. Cereal and fruits are good too.
