im currently employed in a electronics company but i want to apply in a call center,if the interviewer ask "tell me about the culture at your last job/employer" what does it mean? or what is the best answer for this?i hope you can help me,thanks!

so the answer i would give would be

the culture was one of teamwork ( employers love that one ) assisting and helping others , being able to work under pressure ( they like that at call centres ) but it was still a friendly relaxed atmosphere

even if this is all lies , its what they like to hear , it shows you can work hard , and didnt hate your last job
