give yourself time. they will shrink. you can do the 3-5lb weights just do the butterfly. your boobs and everything else will be fine. i am in the same boat. gigantic knockers i did not know where they were hiding.LOL good luck.

You will most likely never return back to the original size. Breasts are not muscles. They are glands. When you get pregnant, the medical term changes from immarture breasts to adult breasts. The changes are usually lasting. You will shrink down some once the hormones go back to normal range and the milk leaves them but you almost always never go back to the exact original size because the breasts are now adult. You can do exercises to tone the muscles around them but you will not firm them up again because the changes that take place are creating adult breasts vs immature ones. The exercises can help the surrounding muscles to the breasts firm up in order to keep the breasts looking like they do not sag or hang by supporting them better but the softer tissue and larger size is primarily because your breasts have gone through their change and are now adult. If you do not breast feed, you will also get another problem. Breastfeeding does two things. It helps shrink the abdomen back to its original size after pregnancy and also helps maintain the breast health. If you do not breast feed, then the milk gorges until it dicipates and then you end up with more sag in the gland tissue of the breasts. Wearing a good supportive bra will also help maintain the breasts, especially if your cup size is large enough that the weight of the breasts can cause tearing in the gland tissue. The more tearing occurs, the more they will sag.

Boobs aren't made of muscle, so you can't exercise them. You can exercise the muscles underneath them to lift them a bit, but if you go overboard, you will end up losing boob instead of gaining boob.
Your boobs will never be the same, especially if you breast feed. That is life. Motherhood changes you fundamentally.

you can try doing butterfly's that is where you lay on a bench and if you dont have any free weights you can use fan foods ... put your arms straight in the air while holding the weights then lower your arms all the way out on each side as if your flapping your wings really slowly then extend your arms back out and repeat ... also lay on the floor holding your baby and put him up in the air and then slowly bring him back into your cheast then push your arms back out while holding your baby and then pull your arms back into your cheast!!! plus you can make a came out of it with your baby and have some fun!

no such thing as boob exercise. there is no muscle in that region just fat and milk. did you take the pills to dry the milk up?? your body just went through alot 6 more months and regular exercise and you will be in better shape then before you had the baby.

you can do "fly"s..either stand or lie down on a bench with arms bent and fists together then open and close your arms . if you want you can hold a soup can in each hand for more resistance.
