From what I have learned when there is no color in the nose, ears and paw pads then your cat may be anemic. You should take your kitten to the vet as soon as possible.

I have never heard of anything like this before. With a kitten, I wouldn't take any kind of chances--get on the phone and get a vet appointment TODAY--this could be serious. The cold nose part is normal, but the rest of it isn't--unless kitty took a stroll through some type of white powder (bath talc, etc.). Try using a warm washcloth first, and see if the white comes off. If not, and it truly IS the color of the skin--get to your vet. Hope your kitty will be OK.

I don't know for sure what could be wrong with him, and I understand the feeling of not knowing!
Please take him to the vet as soon as you can, and if you cannot take it to the vet, take it to a humane society or some place similar and just ask if they know what's wrong. They probably can't do anything about it, but they might atleast be able to tell you if the cat is sick or not.
Best of luck to you and kitty! Please let me know how things turn out!

assuming it's not just the kitty being cold (those are all areas not covered by fur so can get chilled), i'd call the vet if the cat is acting funny at all - not wanting to move, sleeping alot, not eating or drinking, diarrhea or not going at all, stumbling when walking, etc.
cats get pale in those areas when they're really ill or in shock. so if anything else at all just doesn't seem right, call your vet & get her in as soon as you can.

Chances are your cat is sick. A lot of the time, when a cat is sick, they'll retreat and sometimes even lay or sleep inside of their litter boxes. If he's hyperventilating there might be something wrong with his lungs or maybe he has pneumonia. Take him to the vet.

It sounds like he may be getting a bad cold. You should probably have him checked by a vet though just to be sure it isn't something more serious.

this is not normal. white over a usually pink nose is a sign he is anemic. I would definitely take him to a vet as soon as you can.
