I see once again that many people are forming conclusions based on "their hearts"..... People need to look at the evidence.... the physical evidence in this case pretty much tells a story...
Personally... I believe the little girl might be alive... I believe that the McCanns are using their little girl in a sick plot to make some quick cash... Their story did not make sense from the start... ( who leaves their young children alone while vacationing in a foreign land?),, especially when the resort had daycare services... it stinks... now with the blood and hair samples found in the car 25 days after the fact.. this speaks of fraud to me...
Ironically... the hair and blood was found by sniff dogs sent from England to Portugal...
in conclusion...
I believe the McCanns were probably in some sort of financial problems and concocted this outrages plan to make some quick dough.... it's sick... but children suffer at the hands of their parents , every day on this planet... it really shouldn't surprise anyone...

At the current time they are guilty of neglecting 3 children, nothing more. Personally I don't think they killed their daughter as the whole hiding her body then moving it is a bit far fetched considering the worlds media was on them and they had family laison officers with them 24/7. I think there could be a possibility that someone in their close circle is responsible or that madeleine wandered away from the apartment and was abducted, but that wouldn't explain the blood stains. It is all a mystery but hopefully the truth will come out in the end though it might take years. The McCanns were ultimately responsible though as they left her alone but they will have to live with that for the rest of their lives.

The evidence will hopefully tell. I believe ever since the Susan Smith case where she drown her children by submerging her car into the water, has set the stage for all cases to look to the parents as well. Susan Smith had everyone fooled with her tears, making us believe her children were abducted by a stranger. I believe there will always be suspected parents in missing children cases, since that Smith case. It has happened time and time again. I just don't understand why the mother felt she had to sedate Madeline. I believe the police are looking at EVERY possibility, including the parents in order to find out what happened to that sweet little girl.

I find it hard to believe that any parent could bring harm to there child. However i feel there has been something unusual about the whole thing and there reaction. They seem quite composed for grieving parents. There already guilty no child should be left unattended. i would like to believe she is safe and well but i think we know by now the outcome of these situations. So yes i do feel the parents are involved.

Every theory offered on why they'd either kill or kidnap their own daughter make no sense whatsoever. I don't know why there was blood and hair in their rental car, perhaps from their shoes or something, I've no clue. I'm not the police, and neither are you.
Let the police do their job and lets not try this case in the court of public opinion, ok? A little girls life lies in the balance.

all i would like to know was how this little girls bodily fluids and hair were found in a car, that was hired 25 days AFTER she dissappeared, then blood on the wall of the appartment that had tried to be scrubbed off.... sounds compelling to me, if this evidence is true then how could they have not done it...
and even if she died accidentaly they shouldn't have tried to cover it up, they should lead police to the girls body and let her be at peace and take their punishment.. and NO they should deffinatley NOT be allowed to use the million pounds donated by public as legal fees.....

Madeleine's disappearance has become a mystery. The Portuguese Police has charged the McCanns as suspects because, they can't find any evidence on other people except for the parents. The hypothesis of the parents killing their daughter is insane. Is this the judgement of the Portuguese Police? Are there any live evidences of DNA? The police are failures on investigating this case. Let them prove us wrong.

I think that one or both of them are guilty of manslaughter at the very least, I am not sure about murder but if they did sedate their children so they could go out with their cronies then they should be put in prison for the rest of their lives and that is the humane option.

Well *IF* they killed her, they are doctors, so they would have knowlage about how to do it with leaving little or no evidence.
And I've said from the begining that they prolly did it.
But in all honesty, I'm normally pretty good at reading people. And I dont think they did it.
And everyone's assuming she's dead. She may still be alive.

to be honest all parents know never to leave their child unattended regardless of where you are so they are negligent anyway. fancy choosing a crappy meal over the safety of your own child. i think maddy would have screamed due to her age if she had been taken or if she is still alive im sure she wouldnt be able to venture out with her "kidnapper" because she'd constantly ask where her family are. i also think that kate isnt showing that much emotion - if my little boy had been kidnapped id be sobbing my heart out wondering if he's or is currently being hurt. i unfortunately do believe she is dead and maybe the mccanns are involved.
