Turn the water to cold before you get out of the shower. The hot water opens your pores. The cold will close them before you get out.

You need to have filterless air filters all over the place cleaning the air of dust particles. Clean the air filters religiously. Also, use facial cleansers daily. I like the Neutrogena and Mary Kay facial cleansing products. Splash cold water on your face after showering or just cleaning your face as well.

Put on a light moisturizer to be a barrier between your skin and the air. Make sure to wash your face twice a day then apply the moisturizer. Choose something that fits your skin type.
