Go to http://yourtv.com.au/ - lists all tv programs in Australia and can save your settings online for your area etc.

Eastern standard time is half an hour ahead of central standard time (one and a half hours in daylight saving which the NT doesn't use). Why not find a TV listing site that gives you the programs for where you are? There's one here

Your TV listing come up on what? Computer or satellite TV? I would just look at the list and set everything back an hour but that can get inconvenient.
