I'm not an English major so I can't tell why the changes I've listed below are needed. Sorry.

Greeks and Romans travel in the Mediterranean because they buy and sell their goods (Need to add the word - there - at the end of the sentance. If you just end it with "buy and sell their goods" then it does not explain that the reason they travel to the Mediterranean is to buy and sell. - or - The reason Greeks and Romans travel in the Mediterrainean is to buy and sell their goods.)

Religious turism (tourism) became important in the Middle Ages when the pilgrims began visiting places of worship. (Correct !)

The name of Chaucer's poem isa (is) the Canterbury Tales (Capitalize - The - since it is part of the title. Also, when writing in english, use quotation marks for titles of books. )

People travel to Spa towns like Bath because had been explaited (exploited) by Romans for its curatice (curative)waters became a croweded (crowded) prosperous Spa
(Here's a couple of different ways to write this. - "People travel to spa towns like Bath because they had been exploited by the Romans for their curative waters." - or - "Bath became a crowded prosperous spa because it had been exploited by the Roams for its curative waters. - or - "People travel to Spa towns like Bath because they had been exploited by the Romans for their curative waters. Because of this Bath became a crowded prosperous Spa.")

The places who the English visit on the Gran tour are Franch and Italy (The places that the English visit on the Gran tour are France and Italy.)

The places did the english visit on the gran tour were franch and italy (The places the English visited on the gran tour was France and Italy.)

Hope this helps. Sorry I could not explain all the rules on why I made the changes. English is confusing enough for me and I'm an American. Good luck to you.

I think the first sentence should be in past tense:
The Greeks and the Romans travelled the Mediterranean because they needed to buy and sell their goods.

Religious tourism became important in the Middle Ages when the pilgrims began visiting places of worship.

The name of Chaucer's poem is "The Canterbury Tales".

People like to visit spa towns like Bath. Bath had been exploited by the Romans for it's curing waters, and thus it became a crowded and prosperous spa. (I think this is the general idea you were going for. I changed it to 2 senteces because it was kind of messy trying to fit it all in one.)

The places that the English visit on the Grand Tour are France and Italy.

They're good phrases. A couple of mistakes, though.

the word "because" is the wrong one in the first phrase. I think you mean "so they can buy and sell..."

"Tourism" is spelt with an o.

The error in the third is probably just a typing error. No "a" in "is".

You need to reduce the length of the next sentence. Your meaning is unclear, and your vocabulary is not quite right. "People travel to spa towns like Bath because..." is fine. if you are giving a list of reasons for something, they should be separated by commas. If you are giving one reason, then making a separate point about it becoming a prosperous spa town, then they should be separate sentences. Try "People travelled to Spa towns like Bath because it had been exploited by the Romans for its healing waters. It became a crowded, prosperous Spa town.

The interrogative of the next sentence is not correct. Remember, in English sentences, everything is controlled by the person, not the subject: In this sentence we would use "which" instead of who, as "the places" are a noun rather than a individual people.

The last sentence is clearly meant to be in the past tense, but in English, the past tense changes the verb, so you would say "the places the english VISITED on the Grand Tour WERE France and Italy."

tourism not turism : is not isa :
The next phrase needs total changing: People visit spa towns like Bath to see how the Romans had exploited the curative powers of its waters to turn the town into a crowded and prosperous city.
The places the English visit on the Grand Tour are France and Italy.
Good luck!

The name of......IS.....
People travelLED to spa towns like Bath because they had been explOited by the Romans for THEIR curative waters and became crowded, prosperous spaS.
The places THAT the English visit on the Grand Tour are FrancE and Italy.
