Anyone can answer, but I am curious about Martial Art studies.
The top countries that I can think of are:
Thailand- Muay Thai
Philippines- Arnis-Escrima-Kali
Brazil- Brazilian Jujitsu, Capoeira
Hong Kong- Kung Fu, Tai Chi
Japan-a) Okinawa- Karate or b) Kyoto/Tokyo- Judo

This question is mostly just for fun. Whomever gives the best where and why, gets the 11 points.

Brasil!!!!

Rio is awesome, the vast majority of the country is in the 20th century which is a bonus. PLus the ladies are beautiful are there is a ton to do outside of BJJ.

I mean let's face it, I've been to Thailand, aside from Hookers and Thai boxing, the rest of Thailand is pretty much 3rd world.

The same goes with the Phillipines, where aside from Hookers and Kali, you are pretty much hoping you don't get disentary.

Hong Kong: Well not sure how I would feel about going headfirst into Communist China, where I might get killed at any moment.

Japan is awesome, I would love to check it out. However it is hella pricey, the cost of living or travelling there is steep. Brasil is much cheaper, there is a ton to do there, topless women in thongs is pretty damn nice, and there is a good time to be had aside from Martial Arts training.

Aside from Japan (Kyoto/Tokyo) the other places only have hookers to offer, while that isn't all bad, I am no longer a single man, plus I have somehow managed to go this far in life without a STD and I would like to keep it that way.

There is always France, for Savate (either Boxe Française or Defence).

Of course, there are other countries aside from the obvious ones (Japan, China) where various arts have been modified (Vietnamese kickboxing as a sister art to Muay Thai for example.).

Work hard at your school work, be responsible and respectful at home, and don't get in any trouble outside of it. Show them you can be trusted, and they will trust you. I tried to explain this process to my own daughter, to little avail. She never made the connection between her own poor behavior and the resulting rules she had to live by. Don't be like her.
