I'm wondering if it has become constipated due to too much milk.
Milk is way too rich for cats.

Off to the vet's you go!

You should take this kitten to the vet and get it checked.

You should take any new kitten to a vet when you first get it anyway as you need to make sure it is healthy straight away. In addition, at 8 weeks, you will have got a kitten that has not been vaccinated and you will need to get those done.

As a matter of routine you should also have it wormed and treated for fleas. It is important to control both of these to maintain a healthy cat.

Gastroenteritis. It can kill a kitten quickly. You need to go to the vet . The kitten needs KMR or a suitable milk replacer...and it's system is so messed up right now....you need professional help. There is a Live Bacteria the vet can direct you towards that will help the balnce of the digestive system. You can get it over the counter at the pharmacy....but you need the vet to give you a dosage.

The small white stuff can be worms, even if it looks like small drops of a thick white liquid. Get him de-wormed, it is too early for Drontal, but Milbemax makes pills for his age. Just get the correct pill for his weight.
AND DON"T GIVE HIM ANY MILK. HE CAN EAT PROPERLY NOW, SO NO MILK.

Cats can't handle lactose and that's what's in milk. Given the opportunity a cat would drink milk until the cows come home as they love it but their bodies don't like it. Take your cat to the vet just to be sure.

Could be infected. Take the kitten to the vet and have them check it out. That is the best option for the little thing!

Sounds like an inflamed bowell, get your vet to have a look.

Plus this kitten should still be with its mum untill it is 12 weeks old

For starters cows milk isn't good for animals it gives them bad diarrhoea. Personally I would get it straight to the vet even if it turns out to be something simple you don't want to leave it too long.

You say it's not worms but it definitely sounds like worms, has she been wormed? Always best to get a rescue cat.
