I'm 23, I'm out of a relationship that I wasn't happy in, and have taken some time to myself. I now feel like I could go out and socialise with men again, but I really don't know how to go about it? It's been so long since I've been on the dating scene, and I'm feeling a little insecure.

Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm not looking to jump into bed with anyone, but I'm sociable and would like to have some fun?

Just be yourself. Go out have fun and take your time. Have any guys expressed an interest in you at all? Maybe go out for a drink or 2 or see a film. Just take things at your own pace.....you'll soon get back into things. It really hasn't changed all that much!

Try the library ,the parks and other places . Do you have a dog? if you do take him or her to the doggy park . some nice single men hang out there and I am sure with all the places I have mentioned you will find someone you can date and have fun with . good luck .

The best thing is to go out with some friends into places where its easy to mix with others, bars clubs etc. Take it a step at a time, you will get chatting to people and things will begin to happen slowly.
