No Darling, what you need help with is how to keep away from each other.
No good is going to come out of this since you are now proper teenager and old enough to understand that what you are doing is wrong and can hurt people around you.
Your cousin's boyfriend for a start and your family for a situation which is a complete mess.
You are no more children experimenting, being curious, you too are pretty soon to be able to stand on your own two feet, and your parents could well throw you out of their house.
You either come clean about it, or even better, you walk away and stay away from each other.
No more fooling around. You are blood related and it won't be accepted by your family, or society. It's not right!

the only thing that is really important is if you have a blood relationship. if she is your 3rd cousin or above then you can legally have a relationship because you share no blood. if it is your 1st cousin or 2nd then you are sickening. if she ever has a child with you by accident then it would most likely have many birth issues and suffer severe retardation.

via sexually lively, do you mean masturbation or certainly intercourse with a bigger half? At thirteen masturbation is widely used, and sexual emotions are very solid. once you're having intercourse with a bigger half, then be careful, use risk-free practices. you may get STD' or HIV. do not think of,"it won't ensue to me.." get exhilaration from your physique and your sexuality, yet thoroughly. you are able to destroy your life and others additionally while you're careless.

because both of you guys are legally underage, it's hard to get professional help without letting your parents know.
that aside, the best thing is to get professional help (therapist, sex therapist, etc, ask your family doctor for references and direction). this sort of sexual behavior is not just not normal but also unhealthy.
