It will depend who the charter is on. Some companies, such as Omni Air, USA 3000, Champion and Xtra will use terminal gates along with regular scheduled departures. They will have their own ticket agents or may contract with a local airline to do it for them. You will need to call your charter coordinator or the company to see where you need to be and at what time.

depends on the airline and their rules for charter flights.
some charter flights are loaded in a secluded area away from the normal gates.
if your going on a charter flight check with the airline.

Most charter flights depart and arrive at the same terminal than scheduled flights.

No major airport have a "charter" terminal in the US.

You go to the airline counter, check in, wait for your flight to board... same as with any other flight.

You need to contact the company that is doing the charter to
find out the specifics on yours.

Not usually most of the charter flight do not come into the same terminals as the airlines do. There are FBOs located at most airports where the GA and Charter flights arrive and depart.
