You should give her a gift at a different time of year, maybe around New Years you could give her a gift and a card saying something about thanks for all the help last year, you hope you can return the favor in the new year, etc.

Contrary to kja63, Jehovah's Witnesses most assuredly accept gifts and they also celebrate things. It is true they do not celebrate birthdays or Christmas. Sounds like your gift is straight from your heart. That is a lovely gesture on your part and I am sure the person will greatly appreciate it. And how very kind of you to respect this person's feelings as you apparently are doing. I thank you myself.
Other posters have gently instructed you on how to give the gift. Do enjoy the pleasure that will accompany your giving. (Acts 20:35)

Yes I think a thank you gift would be appropriate. As you said she has helped you out and as long as you are making it clear that it is a gift to thank them and not directly for Holiday then I dont think it would offend them.

Why not give the gift at another time...not during the holiday season. You can give someone a thank-you gift anytime.

Yes, of course. It should be communicated that the gift is not given in connection with a holiday or other pagan custom.
(Matthew 7:11) If you, although being [comparatively] wicked, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more so will your Father who is in the heavens give good things to those asking him?
(Acts 28:9-10) The rest of the people on the island... honored us [the apostle Paul and his associates] with many gifts and, when we were setting sail, they loaded us with things

Give her the gift but explain it's not a Christmas present. Tell her it's a thank you for all she's done present.

Yes, I agree with "Kirk" do it after or around the first of the year, and tell her she has been a great friend and help in the past year.

She's not supposed to accept Xmas presents since JDubs don't celebrate b/days.
Offer it to her after Thanksgiving or b4 Xmas.
poor thing, she is a member of a cult
but give her a gift card to olive garden or red lobster. they like to socialize by eating out

A Jehovah's Witness does not accept gifts in celebration of anything (birthdays included) other than the birth of Jesus Christ.
