i have 2 credit cards,which is actually im not paying it anymore i think for about 7 months,cause i dont have money to pay it, i lose my job and its hard to find work nowadays, i have a savings but its only enough to sustain my everyday living,im getting all the letters from the bank, as well as attorneys letters but im not opening it, cause im kinda scared dont want to read what was written on it, and they would even come to my house now to ask for the payment which gives me this nervous, now it builds me a paranoia,anyway my question was, is this all attorneys letters are true? and is it true that they are getting materials like house cars just as a sort of payment for the credit card?and is it true that they would report it in the bureau of investigation for u not get clearance or would they give u case regarding this?as of now i cant really pay my credit card.what will i do?i know i know this is a lifetime problem,what will i do now?

with regards of exahausting the things as a payment of credit card, im actually living in my unles house, would they still get it eventhough its not mine?

No, they can't take your uncle's house. It's not his debt that is unsatisfied.

That all sounds as though it has a basis in fact. Here in the UK if you get deeply enough in debt, that debt can be recovered by Baliffs who will come to your home and take away any assets that are of value, including your car. They can also place a charge wtih the Land Registry against your home.

Open those bills and get it sorted - talk to your creditors.

Yes indeed, the only things they cannot take from you are the clothes off your back and the tools you use to make a living with.
