what are the chances of an eagle scout getting into flight school for a helicopter after nrotc

Eagle Scout has nothing to do with it. First, can you pass the fight physical? Second, do you have high GPA? Third, what are the needs of the Navy?

If you can meet those three things then you have a good chance.

Being an eagle scout won't really play a part in the selection process.

The flight board looks at:

GPA
Leadership
Previous flight experience.

And of course your

AFAST (Alternate Flight Aptitude Selection Test)

and

ASTB (Aviation Selection Test Battery)
