Tell me about it. I sell things often on ebay, and so far have a 100% possitive feedback as I always post the goods I sell. I am waiting for the day when something doesn't arrive and makes me look bad!!! I have something at the moment, a fone battery which hasn't arrived, and I'm just wondering if it will ever get here, or did a postman need a new battery???

I dont know but i too have had a lot of trouble with the usps lately. letters and checksi'm sending out are taking 2,3 weeks to arrive if at all. I even had my professional liscence expire, bucause the state agency did not get my letter. Now i go onlt to the post office when i have to mail an important letter and i ask for delivery confirmation on all.

i think some of the problem here is that our nearest post box is wrapped up as an "r2d2' ROBOT from the star wars movie and the post amn had forgoten to empty it. i had to speak to the postmaster twice, who denied any problem. but now all my bills were late and i had to pay late fees. i think thay should be liable for it!!!

Fully agree with you any parcel is fair game, never repeat never seal a birthday card it will not arrive.

where I am theres to many agencies staff working within the system, I had a postman the other week with registered post who could not speak English

Bills will arrive because postie knows what in them

Postal workers face loss of jobs as well as criminal penalties for absconding with mail. One of the problems is if a postal worker does not deliver mail, but does not open it, that is withholding - usually done when worker can't finish route and takes home, but more often when worker objects to mail and censors some of it.

We've had that happen here too a few times in the US. Most of the time it's mailmen who have piled up a ton of mail, boxes, etc. in their houses but not opened them!

I think it's very strange. Kind of a pack-rat syndrome or something.

There are a few who open them, but those seem to be very rare.

I understand what you mean. Trust is being abused by lots of people and evenutally it catches up. Times are changing and at one time you could take a person at his or her word but that has changed. That's how the Native American Indian people got messed up because they had trust in people that lied.

I wish my postman would "withold" my bills. .I'm tired of them being delivered so fast ! We pay most if not all our bills online and get online statements. So, the postman gets to deliver junk mail and insurance bills... Things of that nature !!
