The atheist Bertrand Russell wrote in his book "Why I am Not a Christian" that if it is true that all things need a cause then God must also need a cause. He concluded from this that if God needed a cause then God was not God (and if God is not God then of course there is no God). This was basically a slightly more sophisticated form of the childlike question, "Who made God?" Even a child knows that things do not come from nothing, so if God is a "something" then He must have a cause as well, right?

The question is tricky because it sneaks in the false assumption that God came from somewhere and then asks where that might be. The answer is that the question does not even make sense. It is like asking, "What does blue smell like?" Blue is not in the category of things that have odor, so the question itself is flawed. In the same way, God is not in the category of things that are created, or come into existence, or are caused. God is uncaused and uncreated - He simply exists.

How do we know this? Well, we know that from nothing, nothing comes. So if there was ever a time when there was absolutely nothing in existence then nothing would have ever come to exist. But things do exist. Therefore, since there could never have been absolutely nothing, something had to have always been existing. That ever-existing thing is what we call God.

God has created the Universe, God is running the Universe. God will destroy the Universe. God is the Origin of Universe. God is the Destination of Universe. Spirit can neither be created nor be destroyed. It moves from one body to another. Your body dies, not spirit. Your spirit gets new body after death, based upon your actions in this life. Your target is to make your spirit pure, so that it can merge in Super Spirit (God). Remember wherever there is Happiness in Life, there will be Sorrow. To get Happiness, you must master Sorrow.

Well put it in perspective, lets for a sec all believe that there is a God (I know do).
Now God has given us a fraction of his supreme knowledge and with that small, small bit of understanding- that there is a God-we have been able to create Guns, Knives, ATOMIC bombs, learnt how to hurt one another, kill and curse.
Now if God were to give us the up-most level of understanding of being above the concept of TIME and SPACE imagine the chaos and turmoil of the world.
Also for all the christain believing in something that you don't understand is FAITH.

If someone or something created God, then God wouldn't be God. That thing or person who created him would be God. In other words, God, by definition, cannot be dependent on any other thing or person to exist. God must be eternal in order to be God.

God is something than which nothing greater can be imagined.

God is God is a Spirit, which is eternal and has no creator.

God is the first cause or mover of all things. As you know you can not have infinite causes - in a temporal universe.

One the Characteristics of a deity is that it has no higher authority (creator). If God had a creator, then he is no longer an ultimate being, he would not be god.

Therefore, He is eternally existant and His nature is beyond our fathom. Hense, He is God.

I hope this makes sense. God Bless.

Look just accept the fact that God is eternal no one created Him, because the next question that will arise will be who created the one who created God and who created him and so forth.
I hope you understand.
