With navy and cream, I would add some light blue and coral or peach.
Get chairs in light blue or cream;
a rug in cream/blue/navy;
drapes that match the walls, the sofa, or a print of both;
and coral and light blue smaller accessories - throw pillows, lamps, vases, ornaments, candles and holders, planters or flowerpots.
Frame all art with similar color and material - oak/walnut, brass/chrome, colored enamel.
Add a plant or two, and you're done!

I would think most of the pastel shades would go well with your couch, and your cream walls. You could do with a light apple green feature wall (They are all the rage again) but it would be very pleasant and bright and very soothing after a hard days work, wouldn't it? Have a great day hon.

From the link that you provided, I like the middle set of the violet colors the best.

If you're talking about accessories, you could use a bright color to add punch...orange, red, yellow or even turquoise.
