Picasso, by far.

I think I'll go with Klimt. He has all the really cool frilly decorative stuff, whereas I really don't like the expressions on the Picassos I've seen.

And Klimt was a major inspiration for Yoshitaka Amano, who is my current favorite artist!

I think this is an unfair question. BOth artists have clearly different styles. Especially Picasso who went through more styles than anyone else. Its like comparing apples to oranges.

But if I had to choose, I'd say Klimt. His gold murals are fascinating.

Gustav Klimt is one of my all-time favorite artists, and Picasso has always been one of my least favorite artists.
