I do have adobe photoshop cs3

I found the software is lighter.. i mean, the process is a bit faster than cs2

but from the features, I don't find a big difference..

sorry.. I don't use it a lot.

but I satisfied with other cs3 softwares

Better and more sliders. Improved interface in places similar to Adobe Lightroom, i.e. grayscale conversion.

Better filters - smart filters.

Improved camera raw feature.

Plus tons more. It is way better than CS2 although many people will not upgrade because of the price.
