People juice them or make a smooothy in a blender, in my opinion using a blender is better than jucing because you are using all th fruit and wont have pulp left. I dont see whats wrong with blending fruit, it should be the same as eating it except its a drink and you have to buy a lot of fruti to make a smoothy which can be expensive.

Fruit crushed through a blender is really delicious and contains all the nutrition of fresh fruit provided you drink it straight away. If you leave it for hours, the nutritional value deteriorates.

It depends on what you prefer. I like to put fruit and ice cubes in the blender and make a fruit slushy in the summer. It cools you off and you're getting a serving of fruit for the day.

Of course it's ok! If you put it in a blender it will still taste as good. I might recommend you making a smoothie too.

You can blend them, but beware some citrus fruits - you may need to add water to avoid too much acid in one hit.

cooking and age remove vitamins from fruit and veg - and you are avoiding both if you use fresh fruit.

The best is to eat it how you want it and enjoy it.
