I like a nice fresh Colombian roast, made in a drip coffee maker, less than an hour old. No cream, no sugar--just coffee. None of the fancy stuff. If I want whipped cream and chocolate I'll order a sundae.

How do you take your coffee, or would you prefer a cup of tea or a nice hot cocoa?

The most important thing is that it's fresh and the time is right. I don't like mine too strong, when I have coffee with friends or at home, I like a nice creamy latte...but I hate when it's sweet! Anyway, I don't mind drinking the kind of coffee u do, I can actually say I like it. So, need some help in the kitchen or washing the dishes after the coffee break? I'm there to help.

For a full pot (12 cups) of coffee, I use 4 level coffee scoops. I like sugar and powdered creamer in my coffee, with no flavor in the creamer, so that I can keep my coffee hotter longer and taste the flavor, if any.

Good Question....

I used to drink as my personal house blend, being the coffee snob that I am. Colombian Supremo and French Roast. These days I'm easily settling on Vienese. Try it, dude! What else you got? .

In front of people I drink decafe with 1-packet of Splenda and some creamer. I drink it through a straw! LOL

But in my other life, I use a 24 ounce cup and put in one packet of sugar-free Nestles hot cocoa, 1-packet of Splenda, and some creamer. I drink that through a straw too. It really is very good!

Any good coffee tastes better if you grind the beans at home right before you make it.

I agree that coffee is best hot and black.

I like mine with so much sugar and cream that it is barely recognizable as coffee. : )
