It is not bad to eat fruits and vegetables for a month. In fact it is GOOD to eat fruits and vegetables all of your life. Keep in mind, though, that you shouldn't eat only fruit or vegetables without having other food groups along with them. Try to have at least two of the other groups. Some folks prefer to not eat meat to ingest milk or other dairy products, and others are not able to consume certain products, but the best way to stay healthy is to enjoy a variety of foods from each group.

You may eat 'only fruits and vegetables' for a month, but ONLY for one month ... and to be 'totally safe' from the breakdown of your muscles, you should eat some nuts for protein. Nuts can be considered 'vegetables' so you would still be on your 'diet' ... but there are more calories to nuts, so only eat 1-2 ounces of nuts per day if you want to 'lose weight' this way. Try eating a salad of 'three cups' at every meal before you eat anything else. I did that and lost nearly four pounds a week ... but I had to stop because of my 'ill health' ... if you feel nauseated on this diet, please see a doctor ASAP because you could have 'gall bladder problems' or other health problems that need to be seen to. You may NOT have problems, but if you do, see a doctor.

I wouldn't suggest it, fruits are okay but they should not make up a huge section of your food plan, or else you can emerge as taking in a number of sugar. Protein could be very most important and should you consume meals with protein, they make you consider extra full and you grow to be consuming less for that reason. Also do not be petrified of fat itself, aside from trans fats, your physique needs fat and it's been proven that eating fatty meals would not motive you to come to be fats. Hence i'd advise fewer fruits and more stuff like dairy and meat. It can be all about stability, you are not able to simply eliminate entire food groups out of your weight loss plan. Excellent luck with the burden loss though!

I did it for 3 weeks several times and am doing it now. Include some nuts and beans and you should loose a lot of weight and feel great at the end of it. I lost 30 lbs the first time.

great idea. Make sure you include whole grains and nuts. No meats, no fats (no milk), no sweets, no diet pop (rat poison). Make sure you walk at least 30 minutes at one time. The longer the better. And if you're up to it, throw in some wind sprints. That'll make your heart and lungs stronger. You'll notice a big difference very quickly. Have fun and work hard.

i does no longer propose it, end result are ok yet they shouldn't make up a huge element to your weight loss plan, or you will finally end up taking in a terrific variety of sugar. Protein is extremely significant and in case you eat meals with protein, they make you experience extra comprehensive and you finally end up ingesting much less as a result. additionally don't be frightened of fat itself, apart from trans fat, your physique desires fat and this is been shown that ingesting fatty meals does not reason you to advance into fat. subsequently i'd propose fewer end result and extra stuff like dairy and meat. this is all approximately stability, you may no longer purely get rid of comprehensive nutrients communities out of your weight loss plan. solid success with the burden alleviation however!

No but your body needs other nutrients that not all fruits and veggies provide (like iron, proteins and healthy carbs and fats), so you should also take supplements and vitamins.

See and feel for yourself. I've done it. I felt GREAT!!! I looked better than ever, too.

I bet the people who say that it's bad are chronic meat eaters who have never actually done it.
Be mindful of those naysayers.

Do what feel right to YOU. :-)
