Call your state department of revenue. Hopefully you filed your state return already.

The IRS can't help you with a state refund. Contact your state's tax department.

call the IRS, have your SS# ready, amount of refund ready. they will be able to reach it for you.
if it was mailed they can track it and if someone else has cashed it they also can track it, or if not cashed they put stop on it and reissue check
