Just look around at what private parties and used car dealers have and buy something that is in good condition, everything else becomes secondary.

With minor repairs you want to find out exactly what is wrong with it and how much it will cost to fix because it could give you an unexpected nasty surprise. i would buy a toyota camry dont worry about the miles but belve this they are hard to find,i just brought one and the only place i could find one was in the big city and when i went they it was sold everytime and finally one just came in
